Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and will be displayed during checkout.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Full payment is required before production begins.
For personalised or engraved products, please check all names, spellings, dates and other supplied details carefully before submitting your order.
We will contact you if we encounter an issue that prevents us from fulfilling your order.

Personalised trophies and awards are prepared using the details supplied by the customer.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personalisation information you provide is correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.
Personalised goods may be exempt from the usual cancellation rights for change-of-mind purchases under UK consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Production and dispatch typically take 2–10 days, depending on the size and nature of the order. Additional delivery time may be required, and estimated timeframes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout. We do not currently offer a free-delivery threshold.
Collection is available from our showroom at Unit 4, Edward Street, Hyde, SK14 2BQ, Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 4pm.
If you require your order by a particular event date, please contact us before ordering. We will advise you of the expected timeframe where possible.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order or request a return, please contact us at info@trophywarehouse.co.uk.
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the nature of the purchase, whether production has begun, and whether the product has been personalised. We will explain the applicable process when you contact us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs where possible.
